Announcement for Sunday 6 July 2025
The Acting Bishop of Durham is delighted to announce that the Revd James Scott has been appointed as Incumbent of Whickham & Swalwell in Durham diocese. Revd James Scott final Sunday in his current parish will be 28 September, and his licensing date will be confirmed in due course. Please pray for James and his family as they prepare to move and start this new phase of life and ministry.
Mary's Place
There is no Mary's Place in July and August. We will be back on Tuesday 2nd September. We hope to see you all then.
Strawberries and Prosecco Evening - 4th July 2025
We held a Strawberries and Prosecco Evening in church which was very well attended. Felling Concert Choir joined us again and sang a variety of songs. We made £453 with ticket sales and the raffle. Thank you to everyone who came.
